GeoSam Oy Wins Ashtech Machine Control, GIS, GNSS Contract

Ashtech continues to build a strong distribution channel in the Scandinavian countries

Helsinki, April 19, 2011 —  GeoSam Oy, a newly-formed Finnish distributor of global positioning and surveying equipment, has been selected to represent  Ashtech® machine control, GIS, GNSS and GPS products. 
 
GeoSam Oy has teamed with Ashtech “because the Ashtech brand and its heritage, Magellan® and Thales®, are well-known and respected in Finland,” said Jukka Lindstrom, GeoSam Oy Manager and Director. “The Finnish user is very sophisticated, and the market has a large number of network RTK customers, which is a good fit for Ashtech solutions,” Lindstrom noted.
