Aurora, CO – March 14, 2011 – Kasey A. Brown has joined Merrick & Company as Director of Federal Programs, Geospatial Solutions. In this role, he will pursue business development opportunities within the U.S. Federal government throughout the U.S.
Brown, based in the southeastern U.S., has been involved in high density aerial mapping and surveying for the majority of his career, with an emphasis on Federal projects and military applications.
Brown is a recipient of the Bronze Star, the National Defense Service Medal, and the Multi-National Peacekeeping Award, among other recognition he received during his career with the U.S. Army. His education includes the University of Alabama, Huntsville, Pikes Peak Community College, the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation School, the U.S. Army Aviation School, and the U.S. Army Warrant Officer Candidate School.
