Mapping Services For The Montage Hotel at Vista Serena, Cabo San Lucas
Services provided will offer the framework for planning and design of a large resort development located on a 1,300-acre oceanfront parcel in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
October 15th, 2010, San Diego, Calif. – Vertical Mapping Resources, Inc., a leading photogrammetric and geospatial land information firm with offices in both California and Arizona, was recently contracted to provide digital mapping and color orthophotography services for planning and design for the Montage Hotel located on a 1,300-acre oceanfront parcel in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico
VMR was tasked with providing 1:500 metric topographic mapping, with .5 meter contours, and digital colo orthophotography of the project and surrounding areas. The project included acquisition of color aerial photography for the stereoscopic feature collection and surface modeling. VMR also produced a color orthophoto mosaic of the site with a .1 meter pixel resolution.
Mapping Services for the Sr-91 Lane Widening Project
Services provided will offer the framework for planning and design to establish full standard lane and shoulder widths for the SR-91 freeway.
October 15th, 2010, San Diego, Calif. – Vertical Mapping Resources, Inc., a leading photogrammetric and geospatial land information firm with offices in both California and Arizona, was recently contracted to provide digital mapping and B/W orthophotography services for the SR-91 freeway between I-5 and SR-57.
VMR was tasked with providing 1”=50’ topographic mapping, with 2’ contours, and digital orthophotography of the project area. The project included acquisition of B/W aerial photography for the stereoscopic feature collection and surface modeling. VMR also produced a B/W orthophoto mosaic of the site with a .15’ pixel resolution. CAD deliverables were provided in Caltrans standards and Microstation format.
