Lancaster, Pa. — RETTEW, an Engineering News-Record top 500 design firm providing engineering, transportation, environmental consulting, planning and surveying services, recently awarded the RETTEW Associates Scholarship in Geology to Millersville University student Nikole L. Rutters.
“RETTEW commends Ms. Rutters on the hard work she has put forth in her geology studies,” said Mark Lauriello, PE, president, RETTEW. “Maintaining such a high grade point average is proof of her commitment to her chosen field of geology.”
The RETTEW Associates Scholarship in Geology is awarded to an outstanding student majoring in earth sciences or geology with a grade point average of 3.0 or higher; the earth sciences department selects the scholarship recipient.
“It feels great to be noticed and appreciated for all of my hard work,” said Rutters. “This scholarship has inspired me to work even harder on my education. I am very thankful to all the people who believe in me.”
