Houston, TX – February 2, 2009 – Wendell “Buddy” Barnes, President of Montgomery & Barnes, Inc., a Houston based civil engineering and consulting services firm, is pleased to announce that Michael McEnany has joined the firm as Project Manager.
McEnany joins Montgomery & Barnes with more than seven years of experience in engineering and project management for public, private and industrial clients.

McEnany’s experience includes organizing project teams of multiple disciplines and managing projects of varying sizes. He has also designed wastewater treatment plants, lift stations, public utilities and gas pipelines.
