RICS Membership to Benefit from Discounted Training on ARGUS Software
New York and Houston – May 18, 2009 – RICS Americas, a global organization for property professionals, and ARGUS Software, the leading provider of solutions for managing the value of real estate investments worldwide, today announced an educational partnership that will provide RICS members worldwide with discounted access to the ARGUS library of elearning and virtual training programs.
The courses cover all aspects of real estate cash flow projection, transaction analysis, asset valuation, development feasibility, asset and portfolio management and other topics that are central to the practice of commercial real estate. The courses will employ the ARGUS suite of industry standard software solutions.

According to RICS General Manager Matt Bruck, the agreement is a valuable member service that has a meaningful bottom line return for all RICS constituents in an increasingly competitive market.
The program discount is 10 percent and is for RICS members throughout the world. RICS members and member firms can incorporate ARGUS Software Training into existing internal training programs or take the units as stand-alone offerings. The program was designed and will be facilitated by Lynn Clarke, director of global training for ARGUS Software.
