This Unlimited qualification allows Engenuity Group to immediately participate in “shovel ready” projects and any State funded “stimulus projects”. In addition our Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) Certification assists Prime Contactors to fulfill their 8.1% goal for DBE participation.
