State Of California Department of Transportation Selects California Surveying & Drafting Supply to Provide Delivery and Training of its New Fleet of Trimble Total Stations
Sacramento,Calif., October 21, 2008 – California Surveying & Drafting Supply, Inc. (CSDS) is pleased to announce that it recently completed delivery of forty-five Trimble S6 Robotic Total Stations, including training, to the State of California Department of Transportation (Caltrans).
The large-scale deployment was conducted over the course of four weeks by five CSDS trainers who provided hands-on instruction at nine Caltrans district offices. CSDS also developed a comprehensive training manual to specifically address the needs of Caltrans survey crews.
