Tod Kelso recently joined KPFF to head up our survey team as Survey Manager. Tod has 18 years of experience in all aspects of land surveying, including topographic, boundary, construction verification, and research. Tod has extensive experience working on a broad range of land surveying projects with the use of AutoCAD and MicroStation. He has provided survey services for residential, retail, industrial, and corporate office campuses, and specializes in right-of-way determination and topographic surveys, residential and commercial subdivisions, ALTA/ACSM surveys, and legal descriptions.
Danny Denning takes on a new role at KPFF as an Associate and Survey Project Manager. Danny works with KPFF’s engineering disciplines and outside design consultants to ensure quality control in base map preparation and coordinates the post design construction staking phase of our projects. His experience in the preparation of topographic mapping and boundary surveys, and construction staking calculations for commercial centers, roadways, and subdivisions has equipped him with the necessary skills to complete a wide array of projects. Danny has been with KPFF since 1998, and has 18 years of experience.
In addition to the hire of Tod Kelso, KPFF has recently hired Jennifer Steven as a Survey Technician. Jennifer is an LSIT and graduated from the Oregon Institute of Technology with a BS in Geomatics in 2007. During her education, she interned with the Douglas County Surveyors Office, W&H Pacific, and Wood Rogers, Inc. Jennifer offers support to a wide range of survey projects including residential and commercial development, and public works projects.
