Gary Montgomery, president of Montgomery & Associates, Inc. a Houston based civil engineering and consulting services firm, is pleased to announce that Ken Stanley, P.E. has been promoted to Vice President of the Municipal Department.
Stanley joined Montgomery & Associates in 2003 and has more than 21 years of experience in engineering, planning, design and construction management for a variety of civil, transportation and structural engineering projects.
“We are pleased to be able to promote Ken to this key position,” said Montgomery. “His years of experience in public infrastructure make him a perfect candidate for this position.”
Stanley’s experience has included work for many governmental agencies including the City of Houston, METRO, U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, GSA, TxDOT, Texas Department of Criminal Justice and many municipalities.
Stanley holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Louisiana Tech University and a MBA from University of Houston. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas. Stanley is a member of the American Council of Engineering Companies, American Public Works Association, Greater Houston Partnership and multiple chambers of commerce.
