Portland, Ore. – June 18, 2008 – David Evans and Associates, Inc., (DEA) has promoted Joe Feyder to the position of Northern California survey manager. With more than 27 years of experience in land surveying and map checking, Feyder brings extensive knowledge and expertise to this position. Feyder will lead and manage DEA’s Northern California survey operations including oversight of field and office services and business development.

Since joining DEA in 2006, Feyder has worked on a variety of surveying projects. His surveying experience includes aerial mapping control surveys and extensive topographical mapping projects using electronic data collection methods as well as cadastral, boundary, ALTA, hydrographic, GPS, design, right-of-way, and construction surveys.
