Holtzapple Earns Professional Engineers License

Lancaster, PA. – RETTEW, a comprehensive engineering, planning and environmental consulting firm serving the mid-Atlantic region, today announced that Adam C. Holtzapple recently earned his licensure as a professional engineer from the commonwealth.

“I applaud Adam for his dedication to the engineering industry and obtaining his professional engineer’s license,” said Mark Lauriello, PE, president, RETTEW. “Earning his PE licensure proves Adam’s breadth of knowledge and high level of expertise, both of which RETTEW’s clients have come to expect.” 

Working in the transportation group in RETTEW’s Lancaster, Pa., office, Holtzapple is responsible for completing traffic impact studies and traffic signal warrant studies for land development and other types of projects. Additionally, he creates stormwater management plans for projects involving highway design. 

Holtzapple began his career at RETTEW in 2003 immediately upon receiving his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Penn State University. He is a member of the American Society of Highway Engineers, Harrisburg section, and resides in York, Pa.
