ECS Welcomes Chief Engineer, Christopher Giese, P.E.

Christopher Giese, P.E., joined ECS Mid-Atlantic, LLC, as Vice President and Chief Engineer for Transportation and Infrastructure projects on Mar. 27, 2008. Giese, who has more than 30 years of experience, will lead the geotechnical engineering efforts in the transportation and heavy civil sectors.

“We’re very excited Chris has decided to join ECS,” said Pete O’Hara, P.E., Senior Vice President for ECS, Mid-Atlantic. “We feel the combination of Chris’ technical experience and ECS’ organizational depth will allow us to serve our clients even better.”

Giese, a registered professional engineer in five states, has extensive transportation experience throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, is a member of the Fairfax County Geotechnical Review Board, and was formerly the president of the Potomac Section of ASHE.
