Orlando, Fla. – The Board of Directors at Bowyer-Singleton & Associates, a full-service civil engineering firm and one of the largest surveying and mapping firms in Florida, has appointed William Hinkle, PSM as an Associate.
Since joining the company in August 2007, Hinkle has served as a survey project manager. He has more than 27 years experience in surveying and mapping, including more than 19 years with the Florida Department of Transportation. He is a member of the Florida Society of Professional Surveyors and Mappers.
Recognized for demonstrating excellent professional abilities and leadership qualities, Hinkle joins 29 Associates at Bowyer-Singleton who are committed to continuing a 35-year history of engineering excellence.
