Javad Acquires ArWest Communications Corporation

August 23, 2007, San Jose, California. Javad Ashjaee announced that he recently has acquired all assets of ArWest Communications Corporation.

After successful termination of previous commitments, in August 2005 Dr. Javad founded JAVAD GNSS to pursue the next generation of GNSS receivers for high precision applications as well as for others. Its engineering division employs about 100 highly experienced scientist and engineers who have designed many generations of GNSS receivers. Its revolutionary next generation products are expected to be released to market by January 2008. The company is also focusing on establishing worldwide distribution channels.
