“I’ve been attending this conference for a number of years now, and it continues to get better each year — good technical papers, interesting panels, and great opportunities for random interactions with some very bright people, “ said Michael Gerlek, Software Architect, Lizardtech Inc. “We’re looking forward to GeoWeb 2008!”
The year’s conference also featured 14 interactive workshops, four exciting Spark panel sessions, and a Vendor’s Spotlight and exhibit floor, showcasing the very latest in GeoWeb technologies.
The conference reception took place on Wednesday evening at the Vancouver Museum and was attended by nearly all conference goers. The dinner was punctuated by floor-to-ceiling views of English Bay and a private waterfront terrace, allowing attendees prime seating for the International Celebration of Light fireworks display.
