Newark CA, April 22, 2007: RMSI has captured the top spot in the Great Places to Work Study 2006’ conducted by the Grow Talent Company in partnership with the Great Places to Work Institute, Inc, USA and Businessworld Magazine. The company scored a high 4.5 on a scale of 1-5 on survey parameters – Credibility, Respect, Pride and Camaraderie. The study spanned all industries in India including Health, Insurance, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Consulting and IT. More than 121 organizations participated and over 16,000 employees were surveyed. A unique employee-centric methodology was adopted to measure the levels of trust, pride and camaraderie in organizations. Workplaces were ranked on a point scale in a combination of quantitative and qualitative data based on the opinion of employees.
Familiar names join RMSI in the Top Five – Classic Stripes came in at #2, Google India #3, Federal Express came in at #4 and Marriott International was at #5.
