Version 4.3 Delivers More Value for Right-of-Way Acquisition and Management

Tampa, FL – PBS&J announces the release of ROW TRACKER version 4.3, its enterprise, Web-based solution for lifecycle right-of-way acquisition and management. With this release, ROW TRACKER offers an even more robust set of best-in-class tools, allowing organizations to more efficiently track, analyze, and forecast their right-of-way acquisition business processes for cost-effective, on-time project delivery. ROW TRACKER’s new modularized design provides ease for both integrated enterprise usage, as well as individual disciplines, while allowing for a phased implementation approach. New to this release:
• Enhanced project assignment tracking tools for staff and consultants.
• Additional capabilities to modify permission levels for role and group assignments.
• Increased integration with geographic information systems (GIS) including the ability to map a variety of production items including parcel status, value, and cost estimates.
• User capabilities to create additional time-saving report templates and form letters.
• Dashboard interface for at-a-glance global project status and drilldown to individual projects.
• Asset management, maintenance, and disposal tracking for owned properties.
