Psomas Announces Five New Principals

Los Angeles, CA (February 22, 2007) – Psomas is pleased to announce the appointment of five new Principals of the Firm: Matthew Clark, Andrew Gust, Thomas Herbel, Thomas Lodge, and Robert Olson.

Matthew Clark (right) is the public works team leader in our Tucson, Arizona office. He has 14 years of experience managing multi-million dollar roadway projects for both public and private clients. Clark‘s expertise spans the design of local streets and large interstate highways. His strong leadership brings project teams together to work closely with the client to design and manage a successful project.

A key player in making program/construction management the fastest growing group in Psomas, Andrew Gust (left) brings 26 years of experience to his role of construction management team leader. His professional career has covered all aspects of field construction for state, county and city roadway improvement projects. Gust’s extensive project background includes roadways, highways, bridges and structures.

Thomas Herbel, PE (right) is a Transportation/Public Works Team Leader in Southern California. He has amassed more than two decades of experience in the planning, design, and project management of public works projects including Capital Improvement Programs. Herbel is known for his ability to build and lead cohesive teams strong on client service.

A founder of MMLA, now Psomas, Thomas Lodge (left) oversees the private land development team in our Tucson, Arizona office. Lodge has nearly three decades of experience in the design and management of land development projects for both public and private sector clients.

Robert Olson (right) is a team leader in Psomas’ Santa Clarita office responsible for overseeing the office’s surveying and mapping services for large public and private projects throughout Northern Los Angeles County and California’s Central Valley.  With close to 30 years of technical and quality assurance experience, Rob is one of the firm’s land surveying and mapping experts.
