Livermore, CA — Dale Jefferson of Maysville, Kentucky, has been named Topcon Positioning Systems software business development manager. He will report to Jamie Williamson, senior vice president for sales and marketing.
His primary responsibility will be to develop software business for all Topcon strategic markets. He will be based out of the Topcon Technology Center in Columbus, Ohio.
For more than 10 years, Jefferson was with Carlson Software in the business development division. He has degrees from Berea College and Princeton University.
Williamson said Jefferson "will fill a critical need for TPS. Our company develops the industry’s finest positioning software and we look forward to further enhancements as we continue major efforts toward this crucial side of the business. Dale has the experience and the expertise to expand our software offerings that are so critical for our continued success."
