Lancaster, Pa. – RETTEW, a full-service engineering, planning and environmental consulting firm, recently promoted Lynn Miller, PLS, and Craig West, LSIT, to project managers in the firm’s survey group. Miller and West work from the firm’s Camp Hill, Pa., location.

Lauriello, president of RETTEW. "As project managers, they will continue to ensure that clients receive prompt, reliable service." With more than 50 surveying employees, RETTEW provides clients with one of the largest surveying corps in the Northeast. Last year the firm’s surveying revenues totaled nearly $5 million.

In his role as project manager, Miller oversees primarily heavy and highway construction surveying projects. He is responsible for quality assurance and quality control, tracking the status of projects, as well as computations for site layout. Previously a party chief at RETTEW, Miller is a professional licensed surveyor (PLS) with nearly 30 years of experience performing work for federal, state and local government agencies as well as for private-sector clients. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Society of Land Surveyors (PSLS) and the Potomac Appalachian Trail Club. Miller resides in Carlisle, Pa.

West is responsible for managing the workflow between RETTEW’s survey field staff and office personnel to ensure maximum quality and efficiency, preparing survey-related proposals, tracking the progress of existing survey projects and preparing final plans. He is a member of the Adams County Agricultural Land Preservation Board and the Gettysburg-Adams County Area Chamber of Commerce. West resides in East Berlin, Pa.
