Chantilly, VA — Bowman Consulting is pleased to announce the following management appointments to its Fredericksburg office. Brian Harris has been promoted to Branch Manager. As branch manager, Brian will oversee the day-to-day operations of the office to include project delivery and client service.
In addition, Justin Troidl, P.E. has been promoted to Director of Engineering and Stephen Teter, L.S. has been promoted to Director of Surveys. Land planning services will continue under the direction of Craig Van Dussen, C.L.A., R.L.A.

Harris, who joined the firm in 2005, brings over 20 years of engineering experience; Troidl, who has been with the firm since 2000 and he has over five years of engineering experience; Teter joined the organization in 2004 and he brings over 35 years of survey experience and Van Dussen, who also joined the organization in 2004, brings over 30 years of experience in landscape planning, landscape architecture and master planning.
