Fred Sinclair Jr., professional engineer and registered professional land surveyor, founded the company in 1981 and established a loyal client base and reputation for quality design work.
In 1993, Fred’s son, Lemuel T. Sinclair, and his wife, Barbara, bought the company and expanded its service offerings to municipalities, local companies and individual residents.
Today, Sinclair & Associates, Inc. specializes in residential and light commercial engineering design, and also offers land title, boundary and topographic surveys and construction staking and land development services.
