April 7, 2006 Houston, TX – Gary Bowes, RPLS, LSLS has been recently named as Halff Associates’ Regional Surveying Manager. Mr. Bowes has more than 26 years experience in land surveying in Texas, particularly in the Gulf Coast area. From the Houston Office, he oversees the land surveying activities and staffing for the region. He is responsible for ensuring best practices are followed and quality assurance goals are obtained related to land surveying. Mr. Bowes is a registered professional land surveyor in the state of Texas as well as one of a handful of elite licensed state land surveyors in the state of Texas. This experience is invaluable when locating property boundaries along waterways, and when working with projects involving the General Land Office.
