Douglas Turner, RPLS, has recently joined Halff Associates as the survey department manager in its Houston office.
Houston, TX – Mr. Turner has been actively involved in surveying for the past 32 years in the Houston area and throughout the state of Texas. His surveying management services have included clients such as the Texas Veterans Land Board/General Land Office, Houston METRO, the city of Houston and outlying communities, as well as for Harris County, and the Texas Department of Transportation.
Mr. Turner was appointed to the Texas Board of Professional Land Surveyors (TBPLS) by Governor George Bush. In October 2003, he was as appointed Chair of the TBPLS by Governor Rick Perry, and most recently reappointed for an additional six year term.
