Bay Design Group, P.C., an Engineering, Surveying, Land Planning and Landscape Architectural Company with offices in Richmond and Gloucester has announced that James S. Leigh, L.S., has joined the firm as a Land Surveyor.
Mr. Leigh will be involved in the company?s commercial, residential, and industrial projects. He will be in charge of field operations at the Gloucester office located in the Gloucester Business Park.
Mr. Leigh is a Licensed Land Surveyor in the Commonwealth of Virginia. He has had 30 years experience in the surveying and engineering field and is a graduate of Rappahannock Community College. He also received training at Virginia Tech and Old Dominion University.
Mr. Leigh is a Gloucester County native and has been involved with Gloucester Youth Baseball as a head coach for the past five years. He is a member of the Gloucester County Board of Zoning Appeals and has served since 2002.
