Kevin Honomichl, President of Brungardt Honomichl & Company, P.A. announced two additions to the company’s Officers and Directors. With the merger of BHC and Rhodes Surveyors, Inc., Murray Rhodes, L.S. was named Vice President of Surveying and added to the Board of Directors. Linda Ross, Comptroller, was elected Secretary of the corporation.
Rhodes was formerly founder and President of Rhodes Surveying, Inc. and held the position of county surveyor of Wyandotte County for 30 years, pioneering the integration of surveying and GIS in local governments. He currently sits on the Kansas Board of Technical Professionals and on the Board of the National Council of Examiners of Engineering and Surveying. “ I look forward to what’s ahead. I know our new organization will greatly benefit our customers,” Rhodes said.
Ross has been involved in business administration in the engineering industry for twenty-one years, nine of those years with BHC.
The merger of BHC and Rhodes Surveyors, Inc., along with expanded traffic engineering capabilities with the recent hiring of Jim Jussel, P.E., positions the company for continued growth and expansion in the civil engineering arena. “Our customers and their success drive our business. We are excited about these enhancements and the additional value and service they enable us to deliver to our valued customers”, Honomichl said.
BHC is based in Overland Park, KS and was founded in 1992 to deliver outstanding consulting engineering service and expertise. They were selected as one of Kansas City’s “2005 Best Places to Work” by the Kansas City Business Journal and celebrated their 13th anniversary this year.
