Weir graduated with honors from National-Louis University with a Bachelor of Arts in Management. His education includes advanced courses in geodetic surveying and mapping. Prior to joining Topcon, Weir was employed by ESRI. Over the course of his career, he has made substantial contributions to bridging the gap between land surveying and GIS professions. Weir’s extensive experience makes him ideally suited to lead and promote sales of Topcon’s GIS products.
Topcon continues to expand research and development programs that encompass a wide variety of satellite positioning applications.
