The City of Blue Springs, Missouri Selects GTG to Develop GIS Plan

The City of Blue Springs Selects Geographic Technologies Group (GTG) to develop a Phased GIS Strategic Implementation Plan

Longview, TX – After a competitive selection process, The City of Blue Springs, Missouri has awarded Geographic Technologies Group, Inc., (GTG) a contract for GIS Professional Services and the development of a Strategic Implementation Plan. The project will include:  (1) A comprehensive needs assessment that involves a review of existing and future departmental use of GIS, (2) A conceptual system design for information technology infrastructure, data management, and work flow, and, (3) Recommendations based on the needs assessments and available resources. This project will focus on identifying strategies for meeting the current and future GIS needs of the City of Blue Springs.
