Torrance, CA – February 8, 2005 – NavCom Technology, a wholly owned subsidiary of Deere & Company (NYSE:DE), announced today that Capital Signal Companies, Ltd has been named dealer, providing NavCom Technology’s Safari Network(TM) and GPS solutions in Trinidad and Tobago and the West Indies.  Capital Signal, in combination with NavCom’s technology, will provide a cellular network delivering RTK correction signals, Two-Way Messaging, Internet Service, and Two-Way Fleet Management services for construction, survey, geotechnical and geophysical applications.
