David C. Roe has received the American Society of Civil Engineers Fellow honorarium for outstanding civil engineering contributions. Mr. Roe has practiced engineering across the United States during the last forty years, taught several university courses, and written and presented several technical papers around the world.
As Director of Engineering with American Surveying Consultants P.C. a multi-disciplined civil engineering design firm practicing in Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, & Ohio, Mr. Roe enjoys mentoring younger engineers.
