Clary & Associates Professional Surveyors and Mappers Expands Team With Two New Survey Technicians

Jacksonville, FL — February 11, 2005 — In response to continuing company growth, Clary & Associates Professional Surveyors and Mappers has expanded its team with the addition of new survey technicians Danny Wheeler and Quinton Thyfault.

Headed by Vice President Bob Pittman, Wheeler and Thyfault serve as survey technicians for Clary & Associates’ Private Sector Division. Working individually and as a team, they strive to ensure the accuracy and reliability of survey and mapping measurements that are used in final analysis and determinations of client projects.

“Clary & Associates continues to seek highly skilled individuals to join our team,” said Vice President Bob Pittman. “The needs of our clients are ever-changing. We are committed to meeting their needs with a combination of the best and brightest talent, the most advanced technology and the highest ethical standards.”

Wheeler comes to Clary & Associates with six years of survey experience, as well as previous experience as a postal contractor, surveying engineer and engineering technician for the City of Jacksonville. His current representative projects include: Boundary, topographical and as-built surveys, wetland mapping and legal descriptions. Homebuilders and land developers primarily utilize these services.

Wheeler’s educational achievements include Associate of Science degrees in Architectural Design and Civil Engineering, and an Associate of Arts degree, from Florida Community College at Jacksonville. Currently enrolled at University of North Florida, Wheeler is working toward a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.

Originally from Panama, Florida, Wheeler enjoys the outstanding deep-sea fishing, boating and sports venues in Duval and St. Johns counties. He and his wife, Monica, enjoy spending family time with their two-year-old son.

“Working as a surveyor for the private sector is quite advanced and fast-paced,” said Danny Wheeler, survey technician for Clary & Associates. “The technology is more state-of-the-art, so it is very rewarding to work for this company. Our work is a big team effort.”

Thyfault has a five-year industry background. His hands-on experience includes skills as a survey technician, and as a draftsman and instruments technician. His current representative projects include: Boundary, topographical and as-built surveys, wetland mapping and legal descriptions.
