Effective June 30, 2005 – Individual, tiled, Digital Line Graphs (DLG) data will only be accessible through a new Tiled Data Delivery System (TDDS).
The TDDS will be a component of the Seamless Data Distribution System (SDDS). The data would be downloadable through an http connection. The DLGs will still be available for purchase through EarthExplorer.
Individual, tiled, Digital Elevation Models (DEM) will not be offered through the new Tiled Data Delivery System (TDDS). The current official National Map elevation data, National Elevation Dataset (NED), incorporates the DEMs and offers the best available elevation product through Seamless Data Distribution System (SDDS). The DEMs will still be available for purchase through EarthExplorer.
