he Walker RTK GNSS receiver significantly expands the market for the use of RTK technology for most tasks that require centimeter accuracy of positioning and measurements in the 3D coordinate system.
The new development of the Ukrainian company Geometer International LLC is a lightweight, compact, full-featured dual-frequency L1, L2 RTK receiver, designed in a casing made of durable aluminum alloy with a protective coating against mechanical influences.
The main advantage of the Walker RTK is the combination of convenience and functionality, with the accuracy that only solid professional GNSS receivers have. The solution is also one of the most affordable in its class.
Weighing only 0.25 grams (0.470 with a smartphone holder), the receiver is comfortable to hold in your hand, and the tubular shape of the housing fits perfectly with standard mounts. The Walker RTK has a built-in Li-Ion battery with enough power for 24 hours of continuous operation without additional recharging. This is achieved by using the device’s new energy-efficient architecture.
The Walker RTK has a minimum of wired interfaces, thus providing a high degree of protection against dust and moisture – IP67. Pairing with a smartphone or tablet is via Bluetooth. BLE connectivity is also planned for a future release.
Walker RTK can track and determine geo-position using signals from all existing satellite systems. This allows for centimeter-level accuracy of the RTK solution in just a few seconds.

With outgoing NMEA messages, the GNSS receiver Walker RTK is fully compatible with any professional or freeware geolocation software, providing highly accurate and reliable RTK-corrected positioning.
