Zweig Group Financial Advisory Team Creates Cross-Functional Focus on M&A

Fayetteville, Ark. (March 5, 2020) – Recent data shows that over 80 percent of AEC firm owners are now over the age of 50. In response to aging workforce and market demands, Zweig Group announces a cross-functional focus on mergers and acquisitions, ownership transition, and valuation, to better serve the AEC industry.

This new formation allows for a laser-focus on building valuable, thriving companies in the AEC industry and will operate under the strategic direction of managing principal, Jamie Claire Kiser.  She is joined by Tracey Eaves in valuation services, and director of ownership transition, Will Swearingen, for a combined expertise as the financial advisory services team.  This initiative comes with a renewed commitment to M&A advisory services, including a leadership change, with Kiser returning to the helm of the department she previously led from 2015 to 2018.  During her former tenure as director of M&A advisory services, Kiser drove tremendous growth in transactions. She also pioneered the highly successful M&A Next Symposium in October 2019.

New additions to the financial advisory services team include Justin Ramirez, advisor, ownership transition, and new hire, experienced M&A advisor, Jonathan Postell.

Zweig Group has a thriving M&A support team at their new location in Dallas, TX, including analysts Drake Hamilton, Andy Chavez, and James Reasoner.  Learn more about Zweig Group’s M&A services here: https://www.zweiggroup.com/service/mergers-acquisitions.
