Mr. Lansky is a professional surveyor who brings more than 33 years of expertise to the survey team. Mr. Lansky’s expertise includes remonumentation projects, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys for industrial, residential, and commercial properties, and comprehensive boundary and condominium surveys across Michigan. Additionally, he has extensive experience in MDOT road design and construction surveys, providing precise project control and quality assurance.
Doug is skilled at collaborating with legal, engineering, and municipal teams, ensuring accuracy in land documentation and compliance with regulatory standards. His portfolio reflects a diverse range of projects, from urban infrastructure developments to natural recreational pathways. He holds his Bachelor of Science in Land Surveying from Michigan Technological University and is licensed in Michigan and Florida.
