Kurt Troxell, PLS
Irvine, California – February 7, 2024 – Fuscoe Engineering, Inc. is very pleased to announce the promotion of Kurt Troxell, PLS, to the position of Principal/ Sr. Project Manager Survey and Mapping in its Irvine Corporate Office.
Kurt has 30 years of experience in the survey/mapping arena and oversees Survey and Mapping functions for all four of Fuscoe’s offices. Over the course of his career, Kurt has managed mapping and survey projects for both public and private clients throughout Southern California. He brings a comprehensive understanding of the land surveying / mapping profession and has extensive experience in cadastral and geodetic control surveys, including preparation of records of surveys, right-of-way documents, legal descriptions, topographic mapping, construction surveying, ALTA surveys, subdivision and condominium mapping, and on-call municipality consulting.
Kurt has provided services for such diverse clients as the Cities of Irvine, Newport Beach, Oceanside and Lake Forest, Port of Long Beach, County of Orange, Irvine Ranch Water District, The Irvine Company, Lennar, Sares-Regis Group, Brookfield Homes, Shea Homes, Trammell Crow, Federal Highway Administration, KB Home, NAVFAC Southwest and OCTA. His projects have included residential and master plan communities; commercial/industrial and retail developments; streets, highways and TOD projects throughout County of Los Angeles and Southern California, as well as educational facilities educational facilities, including multiple projects for Irvine Unified School District and Hermosa Beach City School District; military bases; basins, channels and habitat corridors; water treatment plants; photovoltaic sites and everything in between.
Kurt is particularly adept at developing efficient mapping strategies to meet project and client needs. His technical skills and expansive experience with numerous project types for all manner of clients are attributes that greatly enhance Kurt’s ability to lead Fuscoe’s acclaimed Survey and Mapping team. Kurt is a resident of Foothill Ranch.
