Advanced Geodetic Surveys, Inc. of Houston is among the top 100 companies from around the world selected for the 16th annual Aggie 100 which honors the fastest-growing companies owned or operated by former students of Texas A&M University. Advanced Geodetic Surveys, Inc. was recognized as number 78 with a compound annual growth rate of 35.840%. The Aggie 100 is founded and hosted by the McFerrin Center for Entrepreneurship at Texas A&M University.

AGS has been providing its clients with unparalleled value and service since 1991. A leader in the survey equipment sales and rental industry, AGS has continued their growth and success by putting client needs and quality of service above all else. President of AGS Todd Traylor, a 1991 A&M graduate, gives credit to the entire AGS team for working tirelessly for their clients to provide the best experience possible. “Our team goes above and beyond to put clients first, which has allowed us to continue our growth in this competitive industry. We of course want to thank the McFerrin Center of Entrepreneurship for recognizing AGS for the second year in a row and the hard work that our team has been doing for years. We are also appreciative of the loyal customers that have allowed our success to continue.” In addition to Traylor, AGS is also represented by fellow Aggie Doug Arnold, Class of 2009, who serves as an Account Manager.

The 100 Aggie-owned companies with the highest compound annual revenue growth from 2017 to 2019 were revealed and recognized during a live-stream awards showcase on Friday, November 6, 2020. The awards production is available for viewing at tx.ag/2020Aggie100.

“The Aggie 100 brand represents the most elite group of successful Aggie entrepreneurs, whose endeavors have truly made our world a better place to live. Texas A&M recognizes both their individual efforts and their collective success, in the same way these Honorees acknowledge the important role our beloved university played in the development of their character. The McFerrin Center for Entrepreneurship proudly embodies the legacy through which our Aggie 100 Honorees can contribute to developing the next great generation of Aggie entrepreneurs.” said Blake Petty ‘98, Director of the McFerrin Center for Entrepreneurship.
