SVN41 (PRN14) Decommissioning JDAY 191

The U.S. Air Force has issued a NANU announcing the decommissioning of SVN-41 (PRN-14).  SVN-41, the sixth of the GPS-IIR satellites, was launched on November 10th, 2000 and set to active service a month later on December 10th, 2000.  Serving for almost 20 years, the longevity of the satellite is a testament to the diligent work of the Air Force Second Space Operations Squadron.
