The NOAA HSRP 2020 Call for Nominations has been published in the Federal Register Notice, is attached and nominations are due on May 1, 2019: https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2019/03/08/2019-04196/hydrographic-services-review-panel
NOAA is asking stakeholders to help identify a pool of very well qualified candidates who may be interested to submit a nomination. While nominations are due on May 1 for a start date of January 1, 2020, NOAA will take them anytime as there is a rolling admission and it will keep them on file for future openings.
