Boynton Beach, FL – February 19, 2019 – LandTech Consultants, a 3D technology-based civil engineering and land surveying firm, has expanded its leadership team with the addition of Todd Bates, PSM as Geomatics Manager. This recent hire reflects LandTech’s commitment to the growth of its land survey and mapping capabilities in Florida.
Todd is a licensed Professional Surveyor and Mapper in the State of Florida with over 15 years of experience working on various GIS, boundary, construction and topographic mapping projects. He recently worked with the City of Fort Lauderdale on their new sanitary/stormwater GIS inventory analysis and the Florida Department of Transportation on numerous past route design surveys. Todd served as a field crew supervisor for multiple high-profile projects, including the Miami Tunnel, Miami’s Brickell Citi Centre, All Aboard Florida high speed rail, and the Amelia Falls Hydro Power Project located in Guyana, South America. Prior to joining LandTech, he served as Project Surveyor for Craven Thompson & Associates and as a Party Chief for Keith and Associates. Todd is highly involved with his community and currently serves as Vice President for the Broward Chapter of the Florida Survey and Mapping Society.
