RETTEW Recently Hired Three Staff Members in Pennsylvania and West Virginia

Anu Datta Proposal HeadshotAnu Datta
Working from RETTEW’s Lancaster, Pa. office, Datta is a project technician in the firm’s geophysics group. She manages project proposals, quality assurance, job schedules and budgets and coordinates other group operations. A U.S. Army Veteran, Datta’s background includes transportation and logistics duties during Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. She previously worked in healthcare and aviation for the Department of Defense as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. She recently served on the board of Woerth It Hollow, a nonprofit focusing on both horse rescue and veteran therapy. Datta is a member of the Lancaster Young Professionals, the National Association for Professional Women and Toastmasters International. She has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Vassar College and completed the Accelerated Business Fundamentals Program through The Fullbridge Program. Datta volunteers with the Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children organization, as well as for Woerth It Hollow. She resides in Millersville, Lancaster County, Pa.

Brian Galida Proposal HeadshotBrian Galida
A construction manager for RETTEW’s geotechnical group, Galida works in the firm’s Bridgeport, W.V. office. He manages construction inspections, making sure contractors are completing work according to agreed-upon designs and specifications. He has 15 years of experience with heavy highway, bridge, municipal paving, water treatment, and sewage treatment construction projects. Most recently with Coraopolis, Pa.-based Lennon, Smith, Souleret Engineering Inc. as a resident project representative, he has experience working in both the private and public sectors. Galida resides in Connellsville, Fayette County, Pa.

Justin Gilmore Proposal HeadshotJustin Gilmore
Working in RETTEW’s Mechanicsburg, Pa. office, Gilmore is a party chief in the firm’s surveying group. He is responsible for managing survey work on pipeline construction projects, including stake-outs, as-built evaluations, and restoration. He connects the survey crew to the client and the contractor, managing equipment, field notes, and information collected. He is a member of the U.S. Army National Guard and provides his surveying expertise to the agency. Gilmore has about eight years of survey experience, mainly in general construction for the commercial market, and was most recently with Dewberry as a party chief. He has an associate’s degree in architecture technology from Harrisburg Area Community College, and resides in North Middletown Township, Cumberland County, Pa.
