The growing footprint of Buchart Horn has been a direct result of growth in the engineering and architecture industry nationwide and abroad. The internal team at Buchart Horn played a critical role in the rebranding process. The company used volunteer brand ambassadors to serve as liaisons between Buchart Horn’s 200 international employees and company leadership. The new mission, vision, and core values were developed based on employee feedback and the company’s long-term goals.
