Mr. Phillip Schnitz, P.L.S. recently received his Missouri Professional Land Surveyor License. Schnitz has been with BHC RHODES for almost three years working as a survey technician in their Kansas City, Kansas office. Schnitz has 32 years of professional experience in civil engineering and land survey, including 21 years of AutoCAD drafting. Schnitz is one of eight licensed land surveyors and one of 28 licensed professionals on staff at BHC RHODES.
