Cedar Park, TX – Park Street is officially open in Cedar Park, Texas with roadway improvements now complete. CobbFendley, a civil engineering and surveying firm, was the engineering consultant responsible for design and plan preparation for the reconstruction of this minor arterial running east-west through the center of Cedar Park, which included construction of sidewalks, an off-road trail, relocation of drainage inlets, and reconstruction of a roadway dip. In addition to preparing the roadway and drainage improvement plans, CobbFendley coordinated with existing utilities within the project limits to clear them of the proposed roadway design and prepared the relocation design for 10,200 linear feet of the City’s twelve-inch waterline. CobbFendley also provided surveying services to include topographic survey, subsurface utility engineering (SUE) pothole locates, and preliminary construction staking.
