In keeping with the CGSIC charter to gain civil input from the world to consider in GPS modernization plans, there will be some interesting discussion of how a mature GPS system is coping with challenges in funding, launch vehicle availability, and diversification options with regard to satellites used to broadcast GPS signals into the foreseeable future.
