Seattle, Wash. — November 15, 2010 — LizardTech®, a division of Celartem Inc. and a leading provider of software solutions for managing and distributing geospatial content, is exhibiting at ASPRS/CaGIS 2010 Fall Specialty Conference in booth number 4 in Orlando this week. The company is officially unveiling its brand new website at the show, which can be accessed at http://www.lizardtech.com/.
The redesigned website offers up front access to information that visitors need to get to quickly and easily. The site’s homepage welcomes visitors with bold new colors and a clean uncluttered design and features content centered around information that was the most searched for on the company’s previous website.
In addition, visitors to the website will now be able to access a new “Industries” section offering information about the Civil and Defense sides of LizardTech’s business, information that was frequently inquired after.
The website features updated, rewritten and simpler text describing LizardTech’s geospatial line of products, making it easier to understand what each product does.
“This is a very exciting time for us,” said Jon Skiffington, director of product management. “Less than two weeks ago we launched GeoExpress 8 and introduced the MrSID® Generation 4 (MG4™) format for compression of raster data, and now we’re launching our brand new website. Our intention for the comprehensive restructuring of the new website was to improve visitors’ experience. We look forward to feedback from our visitors as we unveil exciting new developments on the website in the coming months.”
