Fahey Construction Co., Miller-Stauch Construction Co. and the Unified Government of Wyandotte County/Kansas City, KS, with BHC RHODES providing civil engineering, surveying and construction observation for the project. Benefits of this redevelopment project include: providing economic opportunities and future tax support, creating retail jobs, local shopping option for the community that includes a new Chas Ball Sunfresh Market (the first new grocery store in KCK since the late 70s), and improved community safety.  The new development also claimed a 2009 Capstone Award for Community Impact.
