NOTE: Non-conference registrants risk being removed from the hotel room block in order to accommodate those registering for the conference. This policy is necessary to ensure that our room block remains full; otherwise, ASPRS can be charged large penalties for rooms that are cancelled by individuals who do not attend the meeting.
