SIS Announces Availability of White Paper “Image Accuracy Checkpoint Collection Guide”

Starkville, Miss., 7 October 2009 — Spatial Information Solutions, Inc. (SIS), announces the availability of “Image Accuracy Checkpoint Collection Guide.” This white paper uses text, pictures and a table to address a series of topics:

The 15-page document, available for download free from, includes ground photos and aerial images of example ground checkpoints, and more than a dozen references for readers who want more information. The authors are Ashley Sedorovich, Manager of Field Data Collection at SIS; Karen Schuckman, Senior Lecturer in Geography at Penn State; and Dr. Charles O’Hara, President of SIS.
